Impact: update documentation

Update to reflect the current state of the tracing framework:

 - "none" tracer has been replaced by "nop" tracer
 - tracing_enabled must be toggled when changing buffer size

Allow a user to inject a marker (TRACE_PRINT entry) into the trace ring
buffer. The related file operations are derived from code by Frédéric
Weisbecker <fweisbec@gmail.com>.
