For i350 VLAN stripping for VMs is not enabled in the VMOLR register but in
the DVMOLR register. Making the changes accordingly. It's not necessary to
unset the E1000_VMOLR_STRVLAN bit on i350 as the hardware will simply ignore
it.

Without this change if a VLAN is configured for a VF assigned to a guest
via (i.e.)
ip link set p1p1 vf 0 vlan 10
the VLAN tag will not be stripped from packets going into the VM. Which they
should be because the VM itself is not aware of the VLAN at all.

Some of our devices have internal sensors for reporting thermal data.
This patch creates the interface to the sensors for exporting via sysfs.

Some of our adapters have sensors on them accessible via i2c and a private
interface.  This patch implements the kernel interface for i2c to those sensors.

Current implementation enables EEE on only i350 device. This patch enables
EEE on all eee_supported devices. Also, configured LPI clock to keep
running before EEE is enabled on i210 and i211 devices.

In rare circumstances, it's possible a descriptor writeback will occur
before a timestamped Tx packet will go out on the wire, leading to the
driver believing the hardware failed to timestamp the packet. Schedule a
work item for 82576 and use the available time sync interrupt registers
on 82580 and above to account for this.

This feature adds messaging to the link status change to notify
the user if the device returned from a downshift or power off

Implemented igb_ndo_set_vf_bw function which is being used
by iproute2 tool. In addition, updated igb_ndo_get_vf_config function
to show the actual rate limit to the user.

The rate limitation can be configured only when the link is up.
The rate limit value can be ranged between 0 and actual
link speed measured in Mbps. A value of '0' disables the rate limit for
this specific VF.

iproute2 usage will be 'ip link set ethX vf Y rate Z'.
After the command is made, the rate will be changed instantly.
To view the current rate limit, use 'ip link show ethX'.

The rates will be zeroed only upon driver reload or a link speed change.

This feature is being supported only by 82576 device.

Add support for the anti-spoofing feature in the HW.  Packets from
VF devices with spoofed MAC addresses or VLAN tags will be blocked
and an event generated.  When the watchdog task runs it will call a
function to check if any spoof events occurred.  If an event was
detected then a warning message is dumped to the system log.

In order to support functions such as vlan tag stripping when SR-IOV is
enabled any given packet must match at least one filter.  However in the
case of promiscous mode being enabled on the PF the traffic routed to it
may not match any filters and is just sent to the PF by default.  In order
to make certain that this traffic is processed we can set all bits in the
UTA registers to create a pseudo promiscous mode filter that accepts all
packets.

The 82575 and 82576 hardware can both experience data corruption issues if
a pci-e completion arrives after the timeout value.  In order to avoid this
we need to increase the timeout value while pci-e master is disabled.
