staging: unisys: fix VMCALL_IO_VISORSERIAL_ADDR_PARAMS

Remove the typedef from VMCALL_IO_VISORSERIAL_ADDR_PARAMS and use the
name struct vmcall_io_visorserial_addr_params instead. Fix CamelCase
member names:

ChannelAddress => address
