## SIG group work objectives and scope

### Work Goals
Based on the OpenHarmony, to port OpenCV and adapt modules that are not applicable, and add the OpenCV distributed acceleration mode.

### Work Scope
1. Add NAPI layer to provide JS interface for mobile application development.
2. Based on the OpenHarmony's distributed capability, realize the distributed computing capability of OpenCV.
3. Develop typical application demos.
