source image and dest image are different before execute
block-job-reopen, that is expect. If recorrect test step
it will be duplicate with block-job-complete test. so
drop this case.

Change image_format_target from raw to qcow2 for simple_test.mirroring.block_job_complete.target_to_iscsi

1. Remove useless sync and wait steps
2. pause vm before reopen operation
3. compare source image and target image after reopen operation

parameter 'md5sum' in test configuration file will conflict with
cdrom iso md5sum parameter, and it will caused md5sum mismatch error
when re-create(env_process.preprocess_vm) VM in test script, so rename
it;

The test add by commit 4436fb03c30317597848a7ea7e87577b90582aa9 and it
only support human monitors commands; This commit split sub-test in
this commit into two case and refactor it with exist test framework to
make it support both QMP monitor and  windows guest;

* Merge configuration file into drive_mirror.cfg
