different properties than checked in the original test.

The Avocado's process.system_output does not uses `shell` while this
test uses shell capabilities (ls ...; true), which fails. Let's always
enable `shell=True` in this test.

The 'timeout' variable that was set had no effect, 'install_timeout' is
the one that should be used.

Enable yum update test for CentOS

Some systems may take a longer time to perform the yum update command,
e.g. if they are very outdated or have a slow network connection. This
keeps the default of 600 seconds, but allows for overriding that value.

qemu_disk_img: Drop the temporary image from boot list

The temproray image new.qcow2 is used to test the scenario qemu-img
rebase, Should not be booted up. Since qemu 2.10, image locking is
enabled which make multiple QEMU processes cannot write to the same
image, even if boot snapshot and backing file at the same time are
not allowed.
