Now and then it takes a short time interval for rngd status becomes
'active (running)' after booting up when using rng-egd backend.
Once we do the next step in this situation, starting rngd, it will
get stuck. So wait for a reasonable time to get correct rngd status.

hp_config is an example of HugePageConfig().setup() method,
so there is no cleanup() object.
Change hp_config to an instance of HugePageConfig(),
so that hp_config contains both .setup() and .cleanup().
