qemu.tests.cfg: Small bug fix when booting vm with virtio_scsi

The stg bus number will inflict with image1 as both of them are virtio_scsi
device, so change it, should be started from 1.

Add netperf client in guest. Now start netperf and netserver both in
guest and host.

Add netperf.exe in windows guest.

Please put ftp://ftp.netperf.org/netperf/misc/netperf.exe under top
deps folder.
Please also put netperf and netserver.exe in same folder.

Correct the type of shared_mem in script. And enlarge the guest_script_overhead
in cfg file to ignore the memory leak lead in guest which will lead to the memory
allocate speed slow and make case failed in the memory allocate step.

NFS serivce listening on both ipv4 and ipv6 adress. And it mounted with
'localhost', both ipv4 and ipv6 connection setup. In script, only reject
IPv4 pack but ipv6 connection still working. So write error not be trige,
VM still runing, so verify VM 'paused' failed.
Fix this defeat by update iptables command and bind nfs server listen on host
IP.
