Put somewhere visible inside the tree a really quick step
guide on how to start using the tests. The guide reccommends
to use the bootstrap script and then use the runner
script.

In fact, it is not necessary to use the bootstrap script
before, but then when you execute the run script,
it will download the JeOS image automatically, without
prompting whether you want it or not.
