On s390x, an optional `loadparm` can be passed to be used
when booting from disk. The parameter can be used to select
the boot entry.
Add a test that uses `lsreipl` to determine if the parameter
is passed correctly.

In latest avocado 60.0, test.tmpdir become no longer public
to access for all users. In order to provide public access,
virttest.data_dir.get_tmp_dir shall be used.

vm.serial_console changed to ConsoleSession from
ShellSession. So did some adaptation to meet this
change, otherwise "No console available" will be
threw out

1) Fixup the failure of case negative_test.no_loader_type,
by adding timeout in virsh.start. This is because the
return of virsh.start sometimes is not integrated. The
cmd returned so quickly that not all of stream output
had been collected before that.
2) Add adaptation to depends PR in avocado-vt. the param in
set_os_attrs updated to **attrs

Support boot ovmf/seabios guest with options.
Currently it can support boot from local dir,
cdrom, block disk, ceph and gluster disk.
Besides, OVMF secure boot and some negative
scenarios are supported also
