This adds the magic IO wakeup code for the CardBus version of the Creative Labs Audigy 2 to the snd-emu10k1 driver. Without the magic IO enable sequence, reading from the IO region of the card will fail spectacularly, and the machine will hang. My next task will be getting the driver to actually play sound without distortion. EMU10K1/EMU10K2 driver Although we can set 44100 as the output rate, the SPDIF can do it, but the Analog output cannot. The SPDIF has the bug, whereby the Left channel arrives one sample late, so although we don't do any resampling, it is not good for AC3 non-audio output. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
