This patch extends the use of the brcmfmac driver with support for
chipsets with a USB host interface. The first chipsets supported are
the bcm43235, bcm43236, and bcm43238 for which firmware has been
submitted.

This driver change has been successfully built for x86, x86_64,
ppc64, arm_le, and mips_be.

It has been tested successfully on x86 and x86_64.

A new bus driver called "bcma" has been introduced into the kernel tree
which considers the Broadcom AMBA chip interconnect as a bus. Each core in
the chip is a bcma device. This commit changes brcms_mac80211.c into
a bcma device driver.

Add the brcm80211 tree to drivers/net/wireless, and disable the version that's
in drivers/staging.  This version includes the sources currently in staging,
plus any changes that have been sent out for review.

Sources in staging will be deleted in a followup patch.

module function.

The crc8 function is now available as a library function provided
by kernel module crc8.ko. The function has been removed from brcmutil
module and srom.c now uses crc8 library function.

device.  For now, turn of brcmsmac if bcma is enabled.

Several issue have been reported building the driver on big endian
systems. Following commits were done on driver Kconfig:

d4620396 Staging: brcm80211: disable drivers except for X86 or MIPS platforms
15e5201d Staging: brcm80211: disable drivers for PPC platforms

These problems have been resolved so the added 'depends' lines in
the Kconfig have been removed.

Compile tested it for following architectures:
little endian

	x86_64
	arm
	mips
big endian
	ppc64
	sparc64
	mips

As David points out, the driver is also broken on SPARC, so might
as well just only enable it on platforms where people have reported it
working, instead of trying to list all of the ones where it doesn't
work, as the working platform list is much smaller...

the MIPS big endian platform.

So disable it on the PPC32 and PPC64 platforms for now, hopefully this

Move utility functions shared by the brcmsmac and brcmfmac drivers into a new
module, brcmutil.ko.  This eliminates the need to compile and link the shared
functions into both drivers.  Prefix all exported symbols with "bcm_".

The implementation of hndcrc16 is identical to that of the crc-ccitt
function available in linux kernel library functions. The driver now
uses the crc-ccitt function.

Since the staging driver brcm80211 was renamed to brcmsmac, CONFIG_BRCM80211
is not really needed. In addition, a two-entry list hardly needs a separate
config menu.

The only awkward place in the revised code is the double addition of the
brcm80211 Makefile.

This patch allows to build both drivers. Previous patch for this
failed using -j option. This has been fixed by adding files with
include statement for the fullmac driver. Verified this is working
using -j4 option.

Common code for brcm80211 drivers was resulting in different compiled
object files for the drivers due to compilation flags. This has been
aligned so that they are resulting in same object files. Kconfig now
allows both drivers to be build simultaneously.

driver support for the BCM4329 SDIO chip from Broadcom.  Configuration of the
mac80211 driver or the fullmac driver can be done through menuconfig.
