It moves a bunch of header files included in hardware.h and itself
from mach-imx/include/mach to mach-imx, and updates users to include
hardware.h rather than mach/hardware.h.  The files in mach-imx/devices
will need to include "../hardware.h".

This is some amount of work left/forgot from device tree conversion.
Instead of checking cpu_is_xxx to determine the controller type, the
driver should use platform_device_id, which should match the device
tree compatible string.

The patch changes the driver to use platform_device_id rather than
cpu_is_xxx to determine the controller type/version.  It also updates
the platform code and device tree source accordingly.

As the result, mach/hardware.h inclusion gets removed from the driver.

Now, imx53 device tree kernel calls pinctrl to set up pins.  The
functions used to hook up non-DT pin setup is not needed for DT boot

There is no need for adding board related entries into dt_board_compat.

Leave only the SoC entry.

This way we do not need to patch a C file when adding dt support for

Move irq_domain_add_legacy call from imx5*-dt.c into tzic init function
and have the tzic driver adopt irqdomain support for both DT and non-DT
boot.

Now tzic init function calls irq_alloc_descs to get irq_base and adds
a lenacy irqdomain with the irq_base, so that the mapping between tzic
irq and Linux irq number can be handled by irqdomain.

have the gpio driver adopt irqdomain support for both DT and non-DT
boot.

With all imx platform code converted from static gpio irq number
computation to use run-time gpio_to_irq call, we can now use
irq_alloc_descs and irqdomain support to dynamically get irq_base
and have the mapping between gpio and irq number available without
using virtual_irq_start and MXC_GPIO_IRQ_START.

irq_domain_add_simple() was a stop-gap measure until complete irq_domain
support was complete.  This patch removes the irq_domain_add_simple()
interface.

This patch also drops the explicit irq_domain initialization performed
by the mach-versatile code because the versatile interrupt controller
already has irq_domain support built into it.  This was a bug that was
hanging around quietly for a while, but with the full irq_domain which
actually verifies that irq_domain ranges are available it would cause
the registration to fail and the system wouldn't boot.
