This allows us to remove the init_time callback in the DT machine

Nobody is using these mappings so just drop them. of_iomap() in
the timer driver will take care of it for us. Doing this allows
us to remove the 8x60 and 8960 iomap files completely.

Commit ebafed7a ("ARM: irq: Call irqchip_init if no init_irq function is
specified") removed the need to explictly setup the init_irq field in
the machine description when using only irqchip_init. Remove that
declaration for msm as well.

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.

This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:
