This patch updates the DT bindings for ADC in exynos-adc.txt with the
syscon phandle to the ADC nodes.

This patch add support for s3c2410/s3c2416/s3c2440/s3c2443 ADC. The s3c24xx
is alomost same as ADCv1. But, There are a little difference as following:
- ADCMUX register address
- ADCDAT mask (10 bit or 12 bit ADC resolution according to SoC version)
- s3c24xx/s3c64xx has not included ADC_PHY enable register

The ADC in s3c64xx is almost the same as exynosv1, but
has a different 'select' method. Adding this here will be
helpful to move over the existing s3c64xx platform from the
legacy plat-samsung/adc driver to the new exynos-adc.

This patch add DT binding documentation for Exynos3250 ADC IP. Exynos3250 has
special clock ('sclk_adc') for ADC which provide clock to internal ADC.

Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd is the vendor for
NTC (Negative Temperature coefficient) based Thermistors.
But, the driver extensively uses "NTC" as the vendor name.

This patch corrects the vendor name also updates the
compatibility strings according to the vendor-prefix.txt

Note: Drivers continue to support the previous compatible strings
but further addition of these compatible strings in device tree
is deprecated.

The exynos ADC won't work without a regulator called "vdd" and a clock
called "adc".  Document this fact in the device tree bindings.

Without this change the exynos adc controller needed to have its phy
enabled in some out-of-driver C code.  Add support for specifying the
phy enable register by listing it in the reg list.
