Add a new lock, dcache_inode_lock, to protect the inode's i_dentry list from concurrent modification. d_alias is also protected by d_lock. Signed-off-by: NNick Piggin <npiggin@kernel.dk>

Stop the AFFS filesystem from using iget() and read_inode(). Replace affs_read_inode() with affs_iget(), and call that instead of iget(). affs_iget() then uses iget_locked() directly and returns a proper error code instead of an inode in the event of an error. affs_fill_super() returns any error incurred when getting the root inode instead of EINVAL. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
