      USB: convert drivers/media/* to use module_usb_driver() · ecb3b2b3

      This converts the drivers in drivers/media/* to use the
module_usb_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit
simpler.

Added bonus is that it removes some unneeded kernel log messages about
drivers loading and/or unloading.

      [media] rc: Name RC keymap tables as rc_map_table · 2f4f58d6

      Remote keytables had different names all over the place. Part of the fault
is due to a bad naming when rc subsystem was created, but there were lots
of old names that were still here.

Use a common standard for everything.
