This switches the COH 901 pinctrl driver to allocate its GPIO IRQs dynamically, and start to use a linear irqdomain to map from the hardware IRQs. This way we can cut away the complex allocation of IRQ numbers from the <mach/irqs.h> file. Signed-off-by: NLinus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>

This solves the riddle on how the U300 pin controller shall be able to reference the struct gpio_chip even though these are two separate drivers: spawn the pinctrl child from the GPIO driver and pass in the struct gpio_chip as platform data. This rewrites the U300 GPIO so as to use gpiolib and struct gpio_chip instead of just generic GPIO, hiding all the platform specifics and passing in GPIO chip variant as platform data at runtime instead of the compiletime kludges. As a result <mach/gpio.h> is now empty for U300 and using just defaults. Rather than marking the mach/gpio.h header files which want to use the trivial GPIOLIB implementation, mark those which do not want to use it instead. This means that by default, you get the trivial implementation and only have to do something extra if you need to. This should encourage the use of the trivial default implementation. As an additional bonus, several gpio.h header files become empty. Many of the gpio_to_irq implementations use the gpiolib version of this function. Provide the standard gpiolib gpio_to_irq() for everyone, but allow platforms to override it if they wish. We have to use _cansleep gpio accessors in the MMCI driver so as to avoid slowpath warnings, now U300 has MMCI but doesn't have these functions in place to siply wrap the existing non-sleeping functions into sleepable variants.
