CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers. Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand. Switch over to using olpc-ec.h in multiple steps, so as not to break builds. This covers every driver that calls olpc_ec_cmd(). Signed-off-by: NAndres Salomon <dilinger@queued.net> Acked-by: NPaul Fox <pgf@laptop.org> Reviewed-by: NThomas Gleixner <tglx@linutronix.de>

The System Control Interrupt is used in the OLPC XO-1 to control various features of the laptop. Add the driver base and the power button functionality. This driver can't be built as a module, because functionality added in future patches means that some drivers need to know at boot-time whether SCI-based functionality is available.
