`gcc -W' likes to complain if the static keyword is not at the beginning of the declaration. This patch fixes all remaining occurrences of "inline static" up with "static inline" in the entire kernel tree (140 occurrences in 47 files). While making this change I came across a few lines with trailing whitespace that I also fixed up, I have also added or removed a blank line or two here and there, but there are no functional changes in the patch. The dynamic pci id logic has been bothering me for a while, and now that I started to look into how to move some of this to the driver core, I thought it was time to clean it all up. It ends up making the code smaller, and easier to follow, and fixes a few bugs at the same time (dynamic ids were not being matched everywhere, and so could be missed on some call paths for new devices, semaphore not needed to be grabbed when adding a new id and calling the driver core, etc.) I also renamed the function pci_match_device() to pci_match_id() as that's what it really does. This patch removes CONFIG_PMAC_PBOOK (PowerBook support). This is now split into CONFIG_PMAC_MEDIABAY for the actual hotswap bay that some powerbooks have, CONFIG_PM for power management related code, and just left out of any CONFIG_* option for some generally useful stuff that can be used on non-laptops as well.
