Remove the dependency on PCI initialization for SWIOTLB initialization. So that PCI can be initialized at proper time. SWIOTLB is partly determined by PCI inbound/outbound map which is assigned in PCI initialization. But swiotlb_init() should be done at the stage of mem_init() which is much earlier than PCI initialization. So we reserve the memory for SWIOTLB first and free it if not necessary. All boards are converted to fit this change. memblock_end_of_DRAM() returns end_address + 1, not end address. While some code assumes that it returns end address. Signed-off-by: NBharat Bhushan <bharat.bhushan@freescale.com> Signed-off-by: NBenjamin Herrenschmidt <benh@kernel.crashing.org>

There are two separate flags controlling whether or not the MPIC is reset during initialization, which is completely unnecessary, and only one of them can be specified in the device tree. Also, most platforms in-tree right now do actually want to reset the MPIC during initialization anyways, which means lots of duplicate code passing the MPIC_WANTS_RESET flag. Fix all of the callers which currently do not pass the MPIC_WANTS_RESET flag to pass the MPIC_NO_RESET flag, then remove the MPIC_WANTS_RESET flag and make the code reset the MPIC by default. The MPIC_PRIMARY define was recently made "default" and the meaning was inverted to MPIC_SECONDARY. This causes compile errors in currituck now, so fix it to the new manner of allocating mpics. Signed-off-by: NJosh Boyer <jwboyer@gmail.com>

It turns out that there are only 2 in-tree platforms which use MPICs which are not "primary": IBM Cell and PowerMac. To reduce the complexity of the typical board setup code, invert the MPIC_PRIMARY bit into MPIC_SECONDARY. When we start a cpu we use smp_ops->kick_cpu(), which currently returns void, it should be able to fail. Convert it to return int, and update all uses. Convert all the current error cases to return -ENOENT, which is what would eventually be returned by __cpu_up() currently when it doesn't detect the cpu as coming up in time. This is a trivial 4xx plaform that uses the new simple bsp from Josh and is handy to use in simulators such as ISS or even Mambo who don't properly implement most of the actual devices in the SoC but really only the core.
