Compiling page-type.c with a recent compiler produces many warnings,
mostly related to signed/unsigned comparisons.  This patch cleans up most
of them.

One remaining warning is about an unused parameter.  The <compiler.h> file
doesn't define a __unused macro (or the like) yet.  This can be addressed
later.

Programs using /proc/kpageflags need to know about the various flags.  The
<linux/kernel-page-flags.h> provides them and the comments in the file
indicate that it is supposed to be used by user-level code.  But the file
is not installed.

Install the headers and mark the unstable flags as out-of-bounds.  The
page-type tool is also adjusted to not duplicate the definitions

tools/ is the better place for vm tools which are used by many people.
Moving them to tools also make them open to more users instead of hide in
Documentation folder.

This patch moves page-types.c to tools/vm/page-types.c.  Also add a
Makefile in tools/vm and fix two coding style problems: a) change const
arrary to 'const char * const', b) change a space to tab for indent.

page-types, which is a common user of pagemap, gets aware of thp with this
patch.  This helps system admins and kernel hackers know about how thp
works.  Here is a sample output of page-types over a thp:

page-types.c doesn't supply a way to specify the debugfs path and the
original debugfs path is not usual on most machines.  This patch supplies
a way to auto mount debugfs if needed.

This patch is heavily inspired by tools/perf/utils/debugfs.c

On a system with large amount of memory (256GB), invoking page-types can
take quite a long time, which is unreasonable considering the user only
wants a description of the flags:

	# time ./page-types -d 0x10
	0x0000000000000010	____D_____________________________	dirty

	real	0m34.285s
	user	0m1.966s
	sys	0m32.313s

This is because we still walk the entire address range.

Exiting early seems like a reasonble solution:

# time ./page-types -d 0x10

	real	0m0.007s
	user	0m0.001s
	sys	0m0.005s

Teach page-types to describe page flags directly from the command line.

Why is this useful?  For instance, if you're using memory hotplug and see
this in /var/log/messages:

	kernel: removing from LRU failed 3836dd0/1/1e00000000000010

It would be nice to decode those page flags without staring at the source.

Introduce "-p|--pid <pid>" for walking the process address space.  The
default action is to walk raw memory PFNs.

Both the virtual address and physical address of each present pages will
be listed:

	# ./tools/vm/page-types -lp $$ | head -3

Note that voffset/offset/len are now showed as hex numbers.

Add page-types, a handy tool for querying page flags.

It will expand some of the overloaded flags:

	PG_slub_frozen = PG_active

and mask out obscure flags except in -raw mode:
