A trivial conversion for the most part. EDOSK7760 is special, but uses a
non-power-of-2-aligned size, so just drop the SZ_xx helper and open-code
it for the sake of simplicity.

supported devices are:

	 - ramdisk support
	 - ethernet support
	 - nfs support
	 - ext2/ext3 support
	 - i2c support
