1. changes the current EEPROM handling through a single HW struct
layout representation, to more general approach, treating the EEPROM
image as a flat bytes array, handling this image through ops functions
and offsets.

This patch fixes several issues in security:

1) the uCode doesn't know about TKIP-MMIC failure, if uCode set
RX_RES_STATUS_BAD_ICV_MIC, it means ICV failure: drop the packet silently.
2) do not allocate room in the key table of the uCode is the set_key call
is a replacement of an old key
3) check the keyidx of the key in the uCode before removing it upon
disable_key call

This patch does several things:

1) rename CONFIG_IWL4965_SENSITIVITY to IWL4965_RUN_TIME_CALIB which is
   better semantic
2) move all the run time calibration to a new file: iwl-calib.c
3) simplify the sensitivity calibration flow and make it HW dependent
4) make the chain noise calibration flow HW dependent

This patch does 3 things

1) It removes the statistics work. The request statistics command is
sent in ASYNC mode in this flow, the mutex is uneeded, so the request
statistics function can't go to sleep. No need for a workqueue anymore.

2) iwl4965_send_statistics_request has been renamed to
iwl_send_statistics_request and moved to iwl-core.c

3) A request for statistics is sent in alive_notify, the makes the uCode
sends statistics notification periodically starting from association.

This patch adds HW encryption support in default WEP mode.
When no key mapping key/pairwise key is used. The key is broadcast key
is used as default/global/static key.
This code assumes that group cast key is added after pairwise key.

This patch replaces static variable from send_cmd_sync
with flag in priv->status. It was used for reentrance protection
but clearly made it impossible to stuck more cards into the same machine

In addition it force check of return values of synchronous commands
commands that doesn't requires return value async commands have to be used

This patch add LEDS support to 3965 and 4965 drivers. It is based on
led trigger and class. For our drivers we needed to avoid two things.
1- We receive led trigger on/off on each Rx\Tx frame. In our driver
    we can not call led command like that. In this driver once driver
    receive a start of traffic it call the led command to start blinking
    then we count all bytes of Tx and Rx frame, after two second we count the
    blink rate of last two second then id blink rate changed we call the led
     commands
2- Since we can call led command very often, we make sure we call the
    led command after we receive the statistics notification so
    we don't need to wake up the ucode id it is in sleep state.
    This patch was tested with 4965 and 3945.
