To allow for proper initialisation of the SMSC9115 Ethernet chip
and other devices which may be connected to the 'external bus',
Device Tree must first enable and traverse though it. This patch
enables the 'external bus' which will facilitate further
initialisation of its suborantate DT nodes.

This SSP Controller supports a number of serial communication methods
and as such cannot be registered using of_register_spi_devices.

This adds all devices that are normally present through the
u8500_init_machine function in the device tree as well, which
will duplicate the devices that are visible.

This will not do much by itself because the device from the
device tree are not matched by any device driver until they
are converted as well. The next step is to move over one
device at a time to actually be used from the device tree
instead of the hardcoded device using auxdata to pass the
correct platform_data.

This provides very basic Device Tree support for ST-Ericsson's
low-cost development platform, Snowball. If Device Tree for
ux500 is enabled and the correct board is configured within the
Device Tree blob, the correct *_init_machine() will be called.

At the request of Arnd Bergmann this patch moves all SoC
platform devices found in sysfs from /sys/devices/platform to
/sys/devices/soc<SoCNum>/. It is believed as the devices are
SoC specific and a /sys/devices/soc node has recently
become available, that this would be a more appropriate place to
display the data.

This patch provides a means for any device within ux500
platform code to allocate its own parent. This is particularly
prudent with the introduction of /sys/devices/socX, as a
device can now proclaim to be integral part of an SoC, rather
than a more generic platform device. Latter patches make good
use of this functionality.

This moves all the header files related to the abx500 family into
a common include directory below mfd. From now on we place any
subchip header in that directory. Headers previously in e.g.
<linux/mfd/ab8500/gpio.h> get prefixed and are now e.g.
<linux/mfd/abx500/ab8500-gpio.h>. The top-level abstract interface
remains in <linux/mfd/abx500.h>.

This board now has complete regulation constraints and can turn
off unused regulators. For the moment we need to wire VAUX1
(V-DISPLAY rail) always on since it somehow affects the external
MMC.

This patch provides platform data for following
 - uart reset function to assist uart register lockup workaround

 - init/exit function to fix glitch in the tx pin in tty_open
	when tty port0 is opened a glitch is seen in the tx line
	of uart0. This happens in pl011_startup() when tx fifo
	interrupt is provoked into asserting.
	Now uart0 pins are enabled (alt function) only when init
	is complete and turned back to gpio when closed.

hardware control settings pertaining to 8 external
signals, settings which are board-specific and need
be provided from the platform at startup.
