Thare are lots of CamelCase warnings produced by checkpatch.pl.
This weren't fixed at the time the driver got submitted due
to the lack of manpower do to such cleanup.
Now that I have one script that automates this task, cleans
it. That makes the driver almost checkpatch-compliant,
except for 80 column warnings.

Log10 routine is already defined at dvb_math.h and provides a good
enough approximation for 100 x log10(). So, instead of reinventing
the wheel, use the already existing function.
While here, don't use CamelCase on the function name.

Changeset 8f3741e0 accidentally broke the CNR estimation. It should
be calculated as "a + b - c". However, previously, the subtraction
by c only occurred if SNR would be positive, due to a bad binding
to DVBv3 API.

This also fixes the following warning:

The DVBv3 signal strength indicator is bogus: it doesn't range
from 0 to 65535 as it would be expected. Also, 0 means the max
signal strength.
Now that a better way to estimate it was added, use the new
way.

The AZ6007 driver released by Terratec has a better way to
estimate the signal strength, at CtrlSigStrength(). Port it
to the driver.
It should be noticed that there are two parameters there that
are tuner-specific.

stats. Add it to the driver, reporting them via DVBv5
stats API.

Due to udev-182, the firmware load was changed to be async, as
otherwise udev would give up of loading a firmware.

Add an option to return to the previous behaviour, async firmware
loads cause failures with the tda18271 driver.

Antti tested it with the following hardware:
        Hauppauge WinTV HVR 930C
        MaxMedia UB425-TC
        PCTV QuatroStick nano (520e)

- Use KERN_INFO when printing the chip status.
- Add a missing space when logging the drxk_gate_ctrl call.
- Use the same logging text as always if the scu_command in GetQAMLockStatus fails.

Currently there are two different implementations (in the firmware) for
the QAM demodulator command: one takes 4 and the other takes 2
parameters. The driver shows an error in dmesg When using the
4-parameter command with firmware that implements the 2-parameter
command. Unfortunately this happens every time when chaning the
frequency (on DVB-C).

This patch simply makes configurable, how many command parameters will
be used. All existing drxk_config instances using the "drxk_a3.mc" were
updated because this firmware is the only loadable firmware where the
QAM demodulator command takes 4 parameters. Some firmwares in the ROM
might also use it. The drxk instances in the em28xx-dvb driver were also
updated to silence the warnings.

If no qam_demod_parameter_count is given in the drxk_config struct, then
the correct number of parameters will be auto-detected.

IQM_AF_CLKNEG_CLKNEGDATA__M is 0x2 and
IQM_AF_CLKNEG_CLKNEGDATA_CLK_ADC_DATA_POS is 0.  (clkNeg | 0x2) is never
equal to zero so the condition can never be true.

I consulted with Ralph Metzler and the '|' should be changed to a '&'.

If firmware is not loaded for some reason, or if it is not ready
yet, it makes no sense to honour to any DVB callbacks.

So, return -EAGAIN, as the error condition may be temporary.
If the device doesn't initialize, either because it requires a
firmware or because there's an error during init_drxk, returns
-ENODEV, to indicate such error, on all DVB callbacks.

Don't allow other devices at the same I2C bus to use it during
firmware load, in order to prevent using the device while it is
not on a sane state.

As it will be using the unlocked version of i2c_transfer during
firmware loads, make sure that the priv state routine will be
used on all I2C calls, in preparation for the next patch that
will implement an exclusive lock mode to be used during firmware
load, at drxk_init.

The firmware blob may not be available when the driver probes.

Instead of blocking the whole kernel use request_firmware_nowait() and
continue without firmware.

This shouldn't be that bad on drx-k devices, as they all seem to have an
internal firmware. So, only the firmware update will take a little longer
to happen.

If sanity check fails in scu_command(), goto error leads to unlock of
an unheld mutex. The check should not fail in reality, but it nevertheless
worth fixing.

Move the ngene/ddbridge firmware into their drivers.

There are two reasons for that:
	1) The firmware used there didn't work for a few devices
I tested here (Terratec H5, H6 and H7);
	2) At least Terratec H7 doesn't seem to require a firmware
for it to work.

After this change, if firmware is not specified, the driver will
use a rom-based firmware (this seems to be the case for Terratec
H7, although I need to better check the USB dumps to be sure about
that).

In any case, the firmware seems to be optional, as the DRX-K driver
don't return the firmware load error.

ops.info.frequency_stepsize is used only for DVB-T & friends. For
DVB-C, the step size is calculated using the symbol rate.

While the driver has support for both serial and parallel mode,
There's was way to select serial mode via configuration. Add
a config option for that, while keeping the default in serial mode.

Also, at debug mode, it will now print a message when mpeg is
enabled/disabled, and showing if parallel or serial mode were
selected, helping developers to double-check if the DRX-K is at
the right mode.
