When ak4114 work calls its callback and the callback invokes ak4114_reinit(), it stalls due to flush_delayed_work(). For avoiding this, control the reentrance by introducing a refcount. Also flush_delayed_work() is replaced with cancel_delayed_work_sync(). The exactly same bug is present in ak4113.c and fixed as well. flush[_delayed]_work_sync() are now spurious. Mark them deprecated and convert all users to flush[_delayed]_work(). If you're cc'd and wondering what's going on: Now all workqueues are non-reentrant and the regular flushes guarantee that the work item is not pending or running on any CPU on return, so there's no reason to use the sync flushes at all and they're going away. This patch doesn't make any functional difference. flush_scheduled_work() is deprecated and scheduled to be removed. * cancel[_delayed]_work() + flush_scheduled_work() -> cancel[_delayed]_work_sync(). * wm8350, wm8753 and soc-core use custom code to cancel a delayed work, execute it immediately if it was pending and wait for its completion. This is equivalent to flush_delayed_work_sync(). Use it instead.
