This patch removes the need for the offset parameter in dma bounce
functions. This is required to let dma-mapping framework on ARM
architecture to use common, generic dma_map_ops based dma-mapping
helpers.

Background and more detailed explaination:

dma_*_range_* functions are available from the early days of the dma
mapping api. They are the correct way of doing a partial syncs on the
buffer (usually used by the network device drivers). This patch changes
only the internal implementation of the dma bounce functions to let
them tunnel through dma_map_ops structure. The driver api stays
unchanged, so driver are obliged to call dma_*_range_* functions to
keep code clean and easy to understand.

The only drawback from this patch is reduced detection of the dma api
abuse. Let us consider the following code:

dma_addr = dma_map_single(dev, ptr, 64, DMA_TO_DEVICE);
dma_sync_single_range_for_cpu(dev, dma_addr+16, 0, 32, DMA_TO_DEVICE);

Without the patch such code fails, because dma bounce code is unable
to find the bounce buffer for the given dma_address. After the patch
the above sync call will be equivalent to:

dma_sync_single_range_for_cpu(dev, dma_addr, 16, 32, DMA_TO_DEVICE);

which succeeds.

I don't consider this as a real problem, because DMA API abuse should be
caught by debug_dma_* function family. This patch lets us to simplify
the internal low-level implementation without chaning the driver visible
API.

handle_IRQ may briefly cause interrupts to be re-enabled during soft IRQ
processing on the exit path, leading to nested handling of VIC interrupts.

Since the current code does not re-read the VIC_IRQ_STATUS register, this
can lead to multiple invocations of the same interrupt handler and
spurious interrupts to be reported.

This patch changes the VIC interrupt dispatching code to re-read the
status register each time, avoiding duplicate invocations of the same
handler.

It's pointless registering the PS/2 interfaces with the dmabounce code
when there's no DMA support for these in hardware, so only setup the
DMA masks for two subdevices which support DMA - the OHCI and SAC.

Currently there were two part of DMAC PL330 driver for
support old styled s3c-pl330 which has been merged into
drivers/dma/pl330.c driver. Actually, there is no reason
to separate them now.

Basically this patch merges arch/arm/common/pl330.c into
drivers/dma/pl330.c driver and removes useless exported
symbol, externed function and so on.

The newer pl330 driver tested on SMDKV310 and SMDK4212 boards

The patch series to re-factor PCI's 'latency timer' setup (re:
http://marc.info/?l=linux-kernel&m=131983853831049&w=2) forgot to
remove the ARM specific definition of 'pcibios_max_latency' once such
had been moved into the pci core resulting in ARM related compile
errors -

In the series, patch 2/16 (commit 168c8619) converted the ARM

This was done in preperation for hosting it up into PCI's core, which
was done in patch 10/16 (commit 96c55900) of the series (and
where the removal of ARM's 'pcibios_max_latency' was overlooked).

This patch removes the simplistic implementation of irq_domains and enables
the powerpc infrastructure for all irq_domain users.  The powerpc
infrastructure includes support for complex mappings between Linux and
hardware irq numbers, and can manage allocation of irq_descs.

This patch also converts the few users of irq_domain_add()/irq_domain_del()
to call irq_domain_add_legacy() instead.

Commit 19851c58 (sa1111: allow cascaded IRQs to be used by platforms)
moved the IRQ definitions to the .c file, and added an irq_base member
to the private data structure.

The inerrupt demultiplexer uses irq_base, but the interrupt setup code
does not.  Also, although the commit adds a private data structure to
pass this data, it isn't even referenced, resulting in irq_base being
zero.

We also copied the IRQ numbers from the device info array into the actual
devices, resulting in wrong interrupt numbers passed to the sub-devices.

The net effect of this is that we always overwrite IRQs 0-54, even if
they are allocated elsewhere in the system.

Add the code necessary to setup the private irq_base, and use it in the
IRQ setup code.  Make the SA-1111 probe fail with -EINVAL if there is no
platform data provided.

We should not write to the SA1111 registers after setting the SLEEP
bit.  Moreover, the manual says that the PWM registers should be
disabled before we enter sleep.  So, move the clearing of these
registers earlier in the suspend sequence.

Neponset calls sa1110_mb_disable() from __devinit code, but
sa1110_mb_disable() is marked __init, and so causes a section
mismatch warning.

As sa1110_mb_enable() and sa1110_mb_disable() need to be callable
from suspend/resume paths as well, they must not be marked __init
or __devinit.

It turns out that the logical CPU mapping is useful even when !CONFIG_SMP
for manipulation of devices like interrupt and power controllers when
running a UP kernel on a CPU other than 0. This can happen when kexecing
a UP image from an SMP kernel.

In the future, multi-cluster systems running AMP configurations will
require something similar for mapping cluster IDs, so it makes sense to
decouple this logic in preparation for this support.

This patch converts ARM's architecture-specific inlined
'pcibios_set_master()' routine to a non-inlined function.  This will
allow follow on patches to create a generic 'pcibios_set_master()'
function using the '__weak' attribute which can be used by all
architectures as a default which, if necessary, can then be over-
ridden by architecture-specific code.

Converting 'pci_bios_set_master()' to a non-inlined function will allow
ARM's 'pcibios_set_master()' implementation to remain architecture-
specific after the generic version is introduced and thus, not change
current behavior.

Note that ARM also has a non-inlined 'pcibios_set_master()' that is
used if CONFIG_PCI_HOST_ITE8152 is defined.  This patch does not
change any behavior here either.

No functional change.

When a request has finished successfully and we are about to call its
callback, remove its pointer from the corresponding pl330_thread .
This prevents the core driver from calling its callback again if
pl330_release_channel() is called without first flushing the device.
When pl330_update() returns, the driver is allowed to free the pointer
to pl330_req so the core driver shouldn't be able to access it again.

Add a req_running field to the pl330_thread to track which request (if
any) has been submitted to the DMA.  This mechanism replaces the old
one in which we tried to guess the same by looking at the PC of the
DMA, which could prevent the driver from sending more requests if it
didn't guess correctly.

Commit 4294f8ba ("ARM: gic: add irq_domain support") defines irq_start
as irq_start = (irq_start & ~31) + 16; On a platform with a GIC and a
CPU without PPIs, this results in irq_start being off by 16.

This patch fixes gic_init so that we only carve out a PPI space when
PPIs exist for the GIC being initialised.

When multiple GICs exist on a platform (RealView PB1176/11MP),
we must make sure the PM notifier block is only registered
once, otherwise we end up corrupting the PM notifier list.

The fix is to only register the notifier when initializing
the first GIC, as the power management functions seem
to iterate over all the registered GICs.
