Merge branch 'acpi-processor'

* acpi-processor:
  ACPI: Move BAD_MADT_ENTRY() to linux/acpi.h
  ACPI / processor: Make it possible to get APIC ID via GIC
  ACPI / processor: Build idle_boot_override on x86 and ia64
