omap: boards w/ wl12xx should select REGULATOR_FIXED_VOLTAGE

Power to the wl12xx wlan device is controlled by a fixed regulator.

Boards that have the wl12xx should select REGULATOR_FIXED_VOLTAGE so
users will not be baffled.
