[PATCH] Remove inclusion of asm/processor.h in via82cxxx.c

There is some PPC_CHRP specific code in drivers/ide/pci/via82cxxx.c,
so #ifdef on CONFIG_PPC_CHRP instead of CONFIG_PPC_MULTIPLATFORM.
