Pull IOMMU fixes from Joerg Roedel:
 "Two fixes:

   - A fix for AMD IOMMU interrupt remapping code when IRQs are
     forwarded directly to KVM guests

   - Fixed check in the recently merged code to allow tboot with
     Intel VT-d disabled"
