hw/i2c/smbus: Remove SMBusDevice from "qemu/typedefs.h"

Files requiring SMBusDevice already include "hw/i2c/smbus.h".

To clean "qemu/typedefs.h", move the forward declaration
to "hw/i2c/smbus.h".
