target-microblaze: Tighten up TCGv_i32 vs TCGv type usage

Tighten up TCGv_i32 vs TCGv type usage. Avoid using TCGv when
TCGv_i32 should be used.

This is in preparation for adding 64bit addressing support.
No functional change.
