The test case for x86_64 and neither cirrus nor vga capability is of the
xml2argv type because it actually fails to parse the XML at all [*] which
is something that xml2xml tests don't seem to handle.  xml2argv test fails
to produce a qemu argv for this case which xml2argv tests can handle.

[*] This is a consequence of the decision not to have a fallback if the
obvious choices (cirrus and vga) aren't viable due to missing QEMU caps.

These test cases are supposed to verify GIC support works as
expected, and shouldn't concern themselves with other features;
we can trim them down significantly, and make them less likely
to need updating after unrelated changes.

These XMLs live in a separate directory, there's no need for them
to have a special prefix in addition. It also doesn't play nicely
with ':e' completion in Vim, finding proper file based on
qemuxml2argvtest.c is also needlessly complicated.

The files were renamed using the following commands. From
qemuxml2argvdata:

  for i in qemuxml2argv-*.xml; do mv $i ${i#qemuxml2argv-}; done

and then (to fix broken symlinks) from qemuxml2argvdata and
qemuxml2xmloutdata:

  for i in $(find . -xtype l); do \

Test all kinds of scenarios, including guests asking for GIC but
failing to specify a version, guests specifying an invalid version
and guests trying to use GIC with non-virt or even non-ARM machines.

Unify the naming to prepare for new test cases that will be added
later on.

Convert a couple of output XML files for the qemuxml2xml test to
symlinks while at it, since they were identical to the corresponding
input XML files anyways.

Moreover, since we're only interested in testing GIC support here,
simplify XML files by getting rid of the unrelevant bits.

The only version that's supported in QEMU is version 2, currently.
Fortunately, it is enabled by aarch64 automatically, so there's
nothing for us that needs to be put onto command line.

Right now when building the qemu command line, we try to do various
unconditional validations of the guest CPU against the host CPU. However
this checks are overly applied. The only time we should use the checks
are:

- The user requests host-model/host-passthrough, or

- When KVM is requsted. CPU features requested in TCG mode are always
  emulated by qemu and are independent of the host CPU, so no host CPU
  checks should be performed.

Right now if trying to specify a CPU for arm on an x86 host, it attempts
to do non-sensical validation and falls over.

Switch all the test cases that were intending to test CPU validation to
use KVM, so they continue to test the intended code.

Amend some aarch64 XML tests with a CPU model, to ensure things work
correctly.

This patch changes network device type used by default from rtl8139
to virtio when architecture type is aarch64 and machine type is virt.
Qemu doesn't support any other machine types for aarch64 right now and
we can't make any other aarch64-specific tuning in this function yet.
