Host tcp4/tcp6 ports is a global resource thus we need to make
port accounting also global or we have issues described in [1] when
port allocator ranges of different instances are overlapped (which
is by default for qemu for example).

Let's have only one global port allocator object that take care
of the entire ports range (0 - 65535) and introduce port range object
for clients to specify desired auto allocation band.

Introduce config file support for the bhyve driver. The only available
setting at present is 'firmware_dir' for specifying a directory with
UEFI firmware files.

Our domain_conf.* files are big enough. Not only they contain XML
parsing code, but they served as a storage of all functions whose
name is virDomain prefixed. This is just wrong as it gathers not
related functions (and modules) into one big file which is then
harder to maintain. Split virDomainObjList module into a separate
file called virdomainobjlist.[ch].

Bhyve as of r279225 (FreeBSD -CURRENT) or r284894 (FreeBSD 10-STABLE)
supports using UTC time offset via the '-u' argument to bhyve(8). By
default it's still using localtime.

Make the bhyve driver use UTC clock if it's requested by specifying
<clock offset='utc'> in domain XML and if the bhyve(8) binary supports
the '-u' flag.

This enables booting interactive GRUB menus (e.g. install CDs) with
libvirt-bhyve.

Caveat: A terminal other than the '--console' option to 'virsh start'
(e.g. 'cu -l /dev/nmdm0B -s 115200') must be used to connect to
grub-bhyve because the bhyve loader path is synchronous and must occur
before the VM actually starts.

Changing the bhyveProcessStart logic around to accommodate '--console'
for interactive loader use seems like a significant project and probably
not worth it, if UEFI/BIOS support for bhyve is "coming soon."

Support events for these functions:

 - domainDefineXML
 - domainUndefine
 - domainCreate{WithFlags,XML}
 - domainDestroy

The only supported flag for now is 'autodestroy'. In order to
support 'autodestroy', add support for close callbacks.

Implement domainUndefine and required helper functions:
 - domainIsActive
 - domainIsPersistent

At this point it has a limited functionality and is highly
experimental. Supported domain operations are:

  * define
  * start
  * destroy
  * dumpxml
  * dominfo

It's only possible to have only one disk device and only one
network, which should be of type bridge.

This patch is the result of running:

The virCaps structure gathered a ton of irrelevant data over time that.
The original reason is that it was propagated to the XML parser
functions.

This patch aims to create a new data structure virDomainXMLConf that
will contain immutable data that are used by the XML parser. This will
allow two things we need:

1) Get rid of the stuff from virCaps

2) Allow us to add callbacks to check and add driver specific stuff
after domain XML is parsed.

This first attempt removes pointers to private data allocation functions
to this new structure and update all callers and function that require
them.

Just true/false is good enough for it. Also use it directly from the
parsed URI instead of caching it in esxPrivate.

And from all related macros and functions.

This will be used to make esxVI_Context clonable.

Also move cleanup code for esxPrivate to esxFreePrivate().

Add a pointer to the primary context of a connection and use it in all
driver functions that don't dependent on the context type. This includes
almost all functions that deal with a virDomianPtr. Therefore, using
a vpx:// connection allows you to perform all the usual domain related
actions like start, destroy, suspend, resume, dumpxml etc.

Some functions that require an explicitly specified ESX server don't work
yet. This includes the host UUID, the hostname, the general node info, the
max vCPU count and the free memory. Also not working yet are migration and
defining new domains.

Also define ESX_ERROR and ESX_VI_ERROR in a central place, instead of
defining them in each source file.

Add ESX_ERROR and ESX_VI_ERROR to the msg_gen_function list in cfg.mk.

Update po/POTFILES.in accordingly.

Replace 'method' with 'function' and get the filename's suffix right.
