There's no reason for the files to have qemuxml2xmlout- prefix
since they all live under qemuxml2xmloutdata directory.

This attribute was used to decide whether to format the type
attribute of the <target> element, but the logic didn't take into
account all possible cases and as such could lead to unexpected
results. Moreover, it's one more thing to keep track of, and can
easily fall out of sync with other attributes.

Now that we have VIR_DOMAIN_CHR_SERIAL_TARGET_TYPE_NONE, we can
use that value to signal that no specific target type has been
configured for the serial device and as such the attribute should
not be formatted at all. All other values are now formatted.

Our test data used a lot of different qemu binary paths and some
of them were based on downstream systems.

Note that there is one file where I had to add "accel=kvm" because
the qemuargv2xml code parses "/usr/bin/kvm" as virt type="kvm".

We support omitting listen attribute of graphics element so we should
also support omitting address attribute of listen element.  This patch
also updates libvirt to always add a listen element into domain XML
except for VNC graphics if socket attribute is specified.

We always place primary video device at first place, to make it easier
to create a qemu command or format an xml, but we should also set the
primary boolean for primary video device to 'true'.

We use the PreFormat callback for this. Many test cases need to be extended
to pass in proper qemuCaps flags so AssignAddresses doesn't throw errors.

One test case (pcie-root-port-too-many) is dropped, since it was meant
only for checking an error condition in qemuxml2argv, and one we add in
AssignAddresses it errors here too.

Long term I think AssignAddresses should be handled in qemu's PostParse
callback, but that's not entirely straightforward. Handling it here
means we can get the test suite churn over with.

Most qemuxml2xml tests expect that the input XML is unchanged after
parsing. This is unlike 99% of new qemu configs in the wild, which after
initial parsing end up with stable PCI device addresses. The xml2xml bit
doesn't currently hit that code path though, so most XML testing indeed
does not change.

Future patches will add that PCI address bits, which means most test cases
will have different output. So let's do away with the hardcoded same vs
different test split, and always track a separate output file. Tests can
still have same input and output, it just necessitates 2 separate XML files.

The <inbound/> element to <bandwidth/> has several attributes from
which two are mandatory. Well, from two at least one has to be
present: @average or @floor or both. Instead of inventing crazy RNG
schema, let's make all the attributes optional there and rely on our
parsing code to correctly handle the situation.

The vram attribute was introduced to set the video memory but it is
usable only for few hypervisors excluding QEMU/KVM and the old XEN
driver. Only in case of QEMU the vram was used for QXL.

This patch updates the documentation to reflect current code in libvirt
and also changes the cases when we will set the default vram attribute.
It also fixes existing strange default value for VGA devices 9MB to 16MB
because the video ram should be rounded to power of two.

The change of default value could affect migrations but I found out that
QEMU always round the video ram to power of two internally so it's safe
to change the default value to the next closest power of two and also
silently correct every domain XML definition. And it's also safe because
we don't pass the value to QEMU.

This moves the call to virNetDevBandwidthFormat() in
virDomainNetDefFormat() to be called right after the call to
virNetDevVPortProfileFormat(), so that a single chunk of that function
can be placed inside an if that conditionally calls
virDomainActualNetDefContentsFormat() instead (next patch). The
re-ordering necessitates modifying a couple of test data files.

There is no keyboard support currently in libvirt.

For some platforms (PPC64 QEMU) this makes graphics unusable,
since the keyboard is not implicit and it can't be added via libvirt.

<controller type='pci' index='0' model='pci-root'/>
is auto-added to pc* machine types.
Without this controller PCI bus 0 is not available and
no PCI addresses are assigned by default.

Since older libvirt supported PCI bus 0 even without
this controller, it is removed from the XML when migrating.

This patch implements the devices post parse callback and uses it to fill
the default qemu network card model into the XML if none is specified.

Libvirt assumes that the network card model for qemu is the "rtl8139".
Record this in the XML using the new callback to avoid user
confusion.

<vcpu> is not an optional node. The value for its 'placement'
actually always defaults to 'static' in the underlying codes.
(Even no 'cpuset' and 'placement' is specified, the domain
process will be pinned to all the available pCPUs).

Make it obvious to 'dumpxml' readers what unit we are using,
since our default of KiB for memory (1024) differs from qemu's
default of MiB; and differs from our use of bytes for storage.

ignores the attribute; a later patch will expand <memory> to allow
scaled input in the code and update the RNG to match.

  tests/vmx2xmldata/ are modified for newly introduced
  attribute "target" for address of "drive" type.

Some tools, such as virt-manager, prefers having the default USB
controller explicit in the XML document. This patch makes sure there
is one. With this patch, it is now possible to switch from USB1 to
USB2 from the release 0.9.1 of virt-manager.

Fix tests to pass with this change.

This option accepts 3 values:
-keep, to keep current client connected (Spice+VNC)
-disconnect, to disconnect client (Spice)
-fail, to fail setting password if there is a client connected (Spice)

Alas, /usr/bin/kvm is also not directly supported by testutilsqemu.c.

In fact, _any_ test that uses <cpu match=...> has to use our faked
qemu.sh in order to properly answer the 'qemu -cpu ?' probe done
during qemu command line building.

* tests/qemuxml2argvdata/*graphics-spice-timeout*: Switch emulator, again.

The test used an emulator that is not supported in testutilsqemu.c.
Switch from qemu-kvm to kvm to fix this.
