Remove DevKit node device backend

* configure.in src/Makefile.am: remove the configuration check and
  build instructions
* src/node_device/node_device_devkit.c: removed the module
* src/node_device/node_device_driver.c src/node_device/node_device_driver.h:
  removed references to the old backend
