qemu: Drop qemuMigrationCompression structure

By merging qemuMigrationAnyCompressionParse into
qemuMigrationParamsSetCompression we can drop the useless intermediate
qemuMigrationCompression structure and parse compression related typed
parameters and flags directly into qemuMigrationParams.
