build: avoid shadowed variable in fdstreamtest

On RHEL 6.4 (gcc 4.4.7), I got:

* tests/fdstreamtest.c (testFDStreamReadCommon)
(testFDStreamWriteCommon): Rename 'tmpfile' variable.
