virsh: supply long option for -V

* tools/virsh.c (vshParseArgv): Use NULL instead of 0 for pointer,
and symbolic names for has_arg.  Give --version an optional arg.
(vshUsage): Document this.
* tools/virsh.pod: Likewise.
