conf: Add <input model='virtio-{non-}transitional'/>

<input> devices lack the model= attribute which is used by
most other device types. To eventually support
virtio-input-host-pci-{non-}traditional in qemu, let's add
a standard model= attribute. This just adds the domain_conf
wiring
