qemu: Introduce qemuDomainDelChardevTLSObjects

Let's make a comment deletion helper similar to the Add helper
that can be called after the ExitMonitor.

The modify qemuDomainRemoveChrDevice and qemuDomainRemoveRNGDevice
to call the helper instead of inlining the copy and pasted code.
