tracking array sizes, and add allocation trackers.
* daemon/event.c (virEventLoop): Likewise.
(virEventAddHandleImpl, virEventAddTimeoutImpl)
(virEventCleanupTimeouts, virEventCleanupHandles): Use
VIR_RESIZE_N instead of VIR_REALLOC_N.  Tweak debug messages to
match type changes.
* daemon/libvirtd.c (qemudDispatchServer, qemudRunLoop): Likewise.
