* src/util/xml.h (virXMLChildElementCount): New prototype.
* src/util/xml.c (virXMLChildElementCount): New function.
* src/libvirt_private.syms (xml.h): Export it.
* tools/virsh.c (vshNodeIsSuperset): Use it.
