The previous change which split -nodefconfig probing off
from -device broke the test case because it missed adding
the QEMUD_CMD_FLAG_NODEFCONFIG to the test

* src/util/bridge.c: Set QEMUD_CMD_FLAG_NODEFCONFIG for all
  configs with QEMUD_CMD_FLAG_DEVICE set
