Rename virNetDevMacVLanCreate to virNetDevMacVLanCreateWithVPortProfile
and virNetDevMacVLanDelete to virNetDevMacVLanDeleteWithVPortProfile

To make way for renaming the other macvlan creation APIs in
interface.c
