With the legacy support gone, OMAP2+ default gate clock can be moved
under clock driver. Create a new file for the purpose, and clean-up

clkdm_control is used to determine, whether clocks should trigger a
clockdomain transition when they are enabled/disabled. Keep this
functionality intact, but replace this with a clk_features flag
which can be initialized during boot if needed.

Clock driver requires access to some CM API functions once the code
is being moved under the clock driver from the platform directory.
Gate type clock requires access to cm_wait_module_ready and
cm_split_idlest_reg functions, which are both used for waiting until
the module being clocked has been successfully activated. These CM
APIs are now exported through the ti_clk_ll_ops struct.

Clock driver requires access to certain clockdomain handling ops once
the code is being moved over under clock driver. Example of this is
clk_enable / clk_disable under omap3 DPLL code. The required clkdm

Core DVFS support code is currently referencing clksel functionality, which
is wrong. The m2 divisor has been implemented as a divider clock for a long
time already, so replace the validrate check call with proper functionality.
Core DVFS is currently not supported in the kernel so verifying this patch
can be rather tricky, this should probably be fixed at some point.

With the recent changes omaps have developed a dependency to MFD_SYSCON.
This is used for system control module generic register area and some
clocks.

We do have it selected in omap2plus_defconfig, but targeted config
files may not have it selected. Let's make sure it's selected like
few other ARM platforms are already doing.

The omap3isp MMIO register block is contiguous in the MMIO register space
apart from the fact that the ISP IOMMU register block is in the middle of
the area. Ioremap it at two occasions, and keep the rest of the layout of
the register space internal to the omap3isp driver.

The syscon register isn't part of the ISP, use it through the syscom driver
regmap instead. The syscom block is considered to be from 343x on ISP
revision 2.0 whereas 15.0 is assumed to have 3630 syscon.

Make omap3isp configuration data structures more suitable for consumption by
the DT by separating the I2C bus information of all the sub-devices in a
group and the ISP bus information from each other. The ISP bus information
is made a pointer instead of being directly embedded in the struct.

In the case of the DT only the sensor specific information on the ISP bus
configuration is retained. The structs are renamed to reflect that.

After this change the structs needed to describe device configuration can be
allocated and accessed separately without those needed only in the case of
platform data. The platform data related structs can be later removed once
the support for platform data can be removed.

OMAP4, OMAP5 and DRA7 now parse DT entries for control module address spaces,
and set up syscon mappings appropriately. Low level IO init is updated to
remove the legacy control module mappings for these devices also.

Control module driver needs to support syscon for register accesses, as
the DT hierarchy for control module driver is going to be changed. All
the control module related features will be moved under control module
node, including clocks, pinctrl, and generic configuration register
access. Temporary iomap is still provided very early in the boot for
access while syscon is not yet ready.
