We do this by putting them in the flattened device tree at setup time.
This required the flattened device tree blob to be made bigger.

Currenly we don't do anything with these.

There was a function declared for CONFIG_PSERIES which no longer exists
and the two function declarations for CONFIG_ISERIES have been moved
into an include file in platforms/iseries since they are defined and
used only there.

Adds a new CONFIG_PPC_64K_PAGES which, when enabled, changes the kernel
base page size to 64K.  The resulting kernel still boots on any
hardware.  On current machines with 4K pages support only, the kernel
will maintain 16 "subpages" for each 64K page transparently.

Note that while real 64K capable HW has been tested, the current patch
will not enable it yet as such hardware is not released yet, and I'm
still verifying with the firmware architects the proper to get the
information from the newer hypervisors.

Split out the implementation-specific parts of include/asm-ppc64/iommu.h
to separate include files (tce.h and dart.h respectively).

The generic iommu code really doesn't care about the underlying
implementation, and the TCE and DART stuff is completely different.

Create vio_bus_ops so that we just pass a structure to vio_bus_init
instead of three separate function pointers.

Rearrange vio.h to avoid forward references. vio.h only needs
struct device_node from prom.h so remove the include and just
declare it.
