The 'ubifs_scan()' function returns -EUCLEAN if something is corrupted
and recovery is needed, otherwise it returns other error codes. However,
in few places UBIFS does not check the error codes and runs recovery.
This patch changes this behavior and makes UBIFS start recovery only
on -EUCLEAN errors.

At the moment UBIFS print large and scary error messages and
flash dumps in case of nearly any corruption, even if it is
a recoverable corruption. For example, if the master node is
corrupted, ubifs_scan() prints error dumps, then UBIFS recovers
just fine and goes on.

This patch makes UBIFS print scary error messages only in
real cases, which are not recoverable. It adds 'quiet' argument
to the 'ubifs_scan()' function, so the caller may ask 'ubi_scan()'
not to print error messages if the caller is able to do recovery.

Nowadays VFS always synchronizes all dirty inodes and pages before
calling '->sync_fs()', so remove unneeded 'generic_sync_sb_inodes()'
from 'ubifs_sync_fs()'. It used to be needed, but not any longer.

The BKL was pushed down from VFS to the file-systems. It used
to serialize mount/unmount/remount and prevented more than one
instance of the same file-system from doing
mount/umount/remount at the same time. But it is OK for UBIFS
and it does not need any additional locking for these cases.
Thus, kick the BKL out of UBIFS.

The presumed use of the pipe_double_lock() routine is to lock 2 locks in
a deadlock free way by ordering the locks by their address. However it
fails to keep the specified lock classes in order and explicitly
annotates a deadlock.

Rectify this.

Currently, perf top -p only tracks the pid provided, which isn't very useful
for watching forky loads, so give it an inherit option.

vmlinux meets the criteria for symbol adjustment, which breaks vmlinux generated symbols.
Fix this by exempting vmlinux.  This is a bit fragile in that someone could change the
kernel dso's name, but currently that name is also hardwired.

for some reason, this structure gets compiled as 36 bytes in some files
(the ones that alloacte it) but 40 bytes in others (the ones that use it).
The cause is an off_t type that gets a different size in different
compilation units for some yet-to-be-explained reason.

But the effect is disasterous; the size/offset members of the struct
are at different offsets, and result in mostly complete garbage.
The parser in perf is so robust that this all gets hidden, and after
skipping an certain amount of samples, it recovers.... so this bug
is not normally noticed.

.... except when you want every sample to be exact.

Fix this by just using an explicitly sized type.
